Brett is a qualified Humanistic Integrative/Psychodynamic Counsellor/Psychotherapist and registered with the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy. Therapeutic modalities include; Person-Centred Approach; Gestalt; Transactional Analysis; Cognitive Behavioural Therapy; Extentialism; and Psychodynamics.
Brett has had over 20 years experience working in Social Care, Education, Therapy and Health – both with children and adults. Brett currently works part of his time as a Psychotherapist in an NHS setting with children/adolescents who have a diagnosis of Learning Disability and Neuro Developmental.
Brett’s extensive experience has been with clients (Men/Women & Children) who have experienced fluctuation in their emotional and mental state. These attributes are associated with conditions such as; depression; anxiety; sexuality; addictions; relationship difficulties; health problems; self-esteem; self-identity/sense of belonging and confidence issues.
Through Brett’s clinical assessment and therapeutic intervention he provides one-to-one sessions for short-term and open-ended sessions. In addition, Brett provide SKYPE sessions too.
Brett is a qualified Leadership Coach and Mentor and is registered with the Institute of Leadership and Management organisation (ILM). He is a strong believer and passionate about an individual can change their mindset from a fixed to a change mindset to achieve their inner potential and holistic growth. Brett provides sessions: one-to-one and SKYPE.
